Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Mapsly.
Effective June 26, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, claiming a business, or using Mapsly, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Mapsly for a business or agency, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
2. The service
Mapsly watches the public footprint of your local business — reviews, search results, ads, and website — and turns it into a clear weekly picture with the fixes that matter most. The owner plan is $29 per month. Agency plans are priced at checkout. The intelligence Mapsly provides is drawn from a shared index we build from public sources across millions of local businesses. The data you access is licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis — the same underlying public-source data may be provided to other customers; you are paying for access to Mapsly's index and analysis, not for exclusive ownership of the underlying data. Data is refreshed on a periodic cadence rather than in real time, and each lead shows when it was last verified.
Mapsly is a monitoring and insight tool built on public data. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
3. Your account and your claim
Keep your contact email current and your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
Claim only a business you own or are authorized to manage. If a claim is disputed, we may ask for verification and release the claim if it doesn't hold.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Mapsly to violate any law or third-party right.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish our index of businesses outside the service.
- Use Mapsly data for unlawful outreach. Mapsly stops at the qualified lead — all outreach is your responsibility and must comply with every law that applies to you, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the TCPA. We provide data from public sources as-is and are not responsible for how you contact anyone, or for deliverability, compliance, or reputation outcomes.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our scoring formulas or signal logic.
- Misrepresent your identity, your ownership of a business, or your affiliation with an organization.
5. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — it takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. Paid charges are non-refundable except where the law requires (see the cancellation and refund policy). If prices ever change, you get at least 30 days' notice and keep your current rate until the next renewal.
6. Data accuracy
Mapsly's numbers come from public sources, refreshed on a schedule. They can lag reality or contain errors. If something about your business looks wrong, email support@mapsly.ai — we correct it or remove it.
7. Your content
Anything you write in Mapsly — notes, pitches, custom filters — stays yours. You give us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service. We do not use it to train external AI models.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Mapsly is provided "as is", without warranties. We aim for the service to be available around the clock but don't guarantee it — third-party outages can affect ours. Decisions you make from Mapsly data are yours.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Mapsly's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to your use of the data — including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the TCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and GLBA — and you will indemnify Mapsly against any claim arising from your use of the data or your outreach.
9. Termination
You can close your account anytime in settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put other users or our infrastructure at risk. After termination, your data is deleted per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes get an email at least 30 days ahead; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. Questions:
