Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime. Start free — so there's no risk to try.
Effective June 26, 2026
1. Cancel anytime
Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. No call, no form, no retention offer. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. You won't be charged again.
2. Payments are final
Mapsly has a free plan, so you can map a market and pull your first leads at no cost — and no risk — before you ever pay. Because of that, paid charges (subscriptions and credit top-ups) are non-refundable once made, including partial months. Cancelling stops every future charge; it does not refund a charge already made. Credits pay for the research we run or serve on a business — contacts, reviews, ads, rankings and site health. A research that comes back empty (for example, a business with no website or no reviews on file) is still a completed research and is charged: you are paying for the look, not a guaranteed result.
3. Your rights under law
Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation or refund right you have under the consumer-protection law of your province or state. Where the law requires a refund, we honour it.
4. How refunds arrive
Any refund required by law goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
5. Questions
Anything unclear, or a situation these rules don't quite fit:
